Thanks for this - do you know which fragrances are 25% off?

Just got an email from Clintons saying they are 3 for 2 on everything. The Clean Cotton Yankee Candles (in all sizes) that are 25% off at the moment, and they are also eligible for the 3 for 2 deal so you can get 3 large candles for £29.98, free delivery at the moment.

They are also doing dual packs of the medium fruit candles for £24.50, so that would be £50 for six. Obvs the larger candles are better value but the packs offer more variety and make nice presents...HTH

Thanks for this! I wonder if the 3 for 2 will combine with the buy one get one half price offer in store? That would be good if it did!

I bought a lovely gift set of 3 small jars for £8.50 at the McArthur Glen outlet in York at the weekend. Great because I liked all 3 scents - often not the way when the selection is made for you! Even the sales lady was saying what a good bargain it was, as aren't the small jars are usually £8+ each full price? I wish I'd bought more now! She also told me a crazy story - a lady was looking for a particular scent earlier that day. She told her that, although they did not have it individually (it is only a small stand, not even a shop really) they did have it in one of these gift sets. So for just about 20p more she would have the one she wanted plus two whole extra candles. And the customer said, well i don't want the other two! And despite the sales lady suggesting she gave them to someone as a gift if she didn't want them herself, the woman refused and left without buying anything!

No mention of that online and I took it right through to check out. Couldn't find any voucher codes either, but somebody else might be able to help you.

Ha ha, yeah me too. I have a drawer full of them, my favourites are the large jars, but the ones I have are lasting for aaaaaaagggeeeeessss! :p
I do find that having a scented candle or other smelly lit during the summer does tend to put off the flies and midges etc though :)
Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!

I have never bought yankee candles before. Tesco seem to be dong a good price on large jar candles so I have just ordered two. Although I'm not sure why original price is £13 and not £19.99.

    They are reduced to £9.75

    I've been Money Tipped!
The Tesco ones are the Yankee candle simply home range. I haven't used these before but from what I've heard they are maybe not as strong scented as the other ones. Not sure what the RRP would usually be but they wont be £19.99 like the others. I think these might be the ones they sell in Asda too from yankee.
