Has anyone had any problems after ordering from Debenhams with the extra discounts?Let’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭0

Yes i was trying to buy something yesterday but it wouldnt let me checkout0 -
I checked out ok, but my delivery was due by 1st December, didn't arrive and heard nothing so I called and emailed on 3rd December. They couldn't find my order then said it had been smashed in transit and have refused to send a replacement even though the item is still available on the website. They have insisted I need to re-order without the discount :mad:Let’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭0
