Tesco money off petrol

Bit of a mystery this - about a month ago I did a shop in Tesco which cost just under £25. I got a voucher for 10p a litre off petrol. Thought this odd as they don't normally give out vouchers unless you spend a lot more. The check out bod didn't know anything about it. Any ideas? Perhaps a mistake or a random act of goodwill?

It'll be the offer where if you bought certain products you got the voucher, from memory it was Andrex toilet roll, robinsons fruit juice, thorntons (i think?!)
Might've been a couple more that I'm forgetting
You don't need to spend over a certain limit for that petrol offer, just buy the product.Roadkill: £0
