saw this and thought it was worth a post:

fring™ uses your mobile internet connection to make peer-to-peer VoIP calls, send instant messages and talk with VoIP applications such as Skype, Google Talk , MSN Messenger and SIP at no extra cost.

Wow, thanks for info! Unfortunately I cannot see this info a bit earlier! But I found an alternative to all real phone numbers.

3 years ago I found international VoIP provider called Freezvon for my agency's call center. There are lots of virtual numbers for many countries around the world, PBX system and other useful phone services.

I didn't buy any equipment or sim-cards) All I needed was Internet connection. I saved much money on calls and other stuff.

Hope, this info will be useful for someone. Good luck!:)

Looking for more info, I found fring.com. According to the website,
    http://www.fring.com/faq.html
As of January 22, 2017, we have stopped accepting new registrations and credit recharges on the fring systems. You will be able to make and receive calls as usual to other fring users or to phone numbers all over the world using the fringOut service if you have existing credit(s) in your account until February 20, 2017.

After February 20th, you will no longer have log-in access to the fring application and you will not be able to communicate with other fring users or phone numbers.

If you have any credit(s) on your fring application, you will need to use them by or before February 20th.

    Checking Google Play, I get:
Sorry! This content is not available in your country yet.
