    Sorry, still blonde...does it go in the bit that says gift card or payment voucher? Cos this comes up with a set of little boxes and no matter how I try to input the code it says its not valid. Argh, I wish I was quicker on the uptake!!

    I rang them up about that. It has to be an order from play.com but not any other supplier or even play outlet.

    It is a different box which comes up if the item is part of the promotion.
    But if ever I stray from the path I follow

    Just too irritating for me then. There doesnt seem to be a way of determining if it is sold by play.com or by another seller, and all the different things I have tried haven't come up with the offer box.
    Such a shame as I was looking at quite a few different teen boy t shirts, looks like I'll be shopping at Amazon instead. However, thanks to the OP and others who have helped as it gave me the impetus to find some more pressies!
