    Is it 6.30 or 8?

    Sorry, I thought 8pm was the second slot. Although they don't always fall every hour and a half like someone mentioned. I just looked on the website and on Sunday there is one slot 4 hours after the previous one.

    I wish Next would change the way they do this. What's wrong with giving out a set number of slots for, say, 7pm - no good during the day when people are at work - and it's then first come, first served, and then on to the next slot etc. They could still stick to their *cough criteria.

    okay I got an email at about 4.00 pm today saying the vip registration was on, so I booked mine but I have 6.00 am on Sunday - don't think I will bother getting up early though as it seems everything will be gone on Saturday - so how come people got told earlier than me, I just wonder?

    That's strange, when I just logged in and checked the times, the Saturday 8pm slot was still available.

    Probably, they say you won't get a slot if you don't receive their directory. I think they change their criteria depending on their mood! ;)

    I don't fit the criteria this time. I knew that, and thought I wouldn't get a slot, but I did get one. At 8pm Saturday.

    Not convinced about all this criteria.

    Hi, I got VIP slot in all previous sales including the recent one as well as last Xmas sales. However I haven't received invite this time. I was anxiously waiting for invite this time. So I called them today and they said this is probably because I don't receive directories. I said if u have stopped sending me directory it's not my fault as I don't remember cancelling the directory.

    I asked her can I speak someone senior (manager/ director). Someone will call me in the morning. Does any of u think if such call with senior person or to someone in Customer Relations/Complains team will hello me get a VIP slot thus time? Or I'd just waste of time and they won't change their decision?

    Just had a look on the sale site this morning and half of what I wanted is oos, looks like much eairler slots went out to the couriers...... well p....... especially as I managed to get a 5pm slot on Sat.... Thanks next ..... not.

    I phoned about the fact I had a Sunday slot and there were still Saturday slots available, saying there was no point having a Sunday slot as all items will be gone. Anyway top points for the customer services, they called my home number, my mobile and eventually sent an email to say they changed my slot to the next available slot on Saturday being 9.30 pm - so very good of them - but still don't think I will bother all the good stuff will be gone straight off!

    Done, all 26 items sorted in less than 5 minutes.

    Showing delivery by 29th December for some, the rest 2-3 weeks.
  • Done in 9 mins, 43 items about 3 out of stock.
  • Still waiting for my 8 p.m. slot :(
