nothing for me either i always got a first slot for years then suddenly when i started buying more (now i have a child) i never get the 1st slot. Last time by the time i got my slot everything had sold out. Seems I have been overlooked this time too. As others have said I will save money. I intend to pay off my account now and close it. To be overlooked twice takes the pee when i spend thousands a year and never send or take anything back there is no incentives for us loyal customers. So Next go run and jump. I will buy my stuff elsewhere in future.

same as me,ive always had 1st slot up until last year i got 2nd batch, but this time nothing! I AGREE the ones that spend lots get no rewards atall! BUT most of the stuff is restocked later as people who have bought on impulse send stuff back. Its just a case of getting on early and buying. just more hassle but still worth a look.

I buy lots and got a slot, but only in the sales so perhaps that is a factor?

i buy lots at full price and the sales so dont think it makes any difference.

This is more draining than standing in a queue at 5.30 on a cold boxing day morning. Ihave been logging in and out of my account since 11.45. And still nothing I rang and explained I meet all the criteria and was told I am on the list to receive a email shortly that was 4 hours ago.next are seriously taking the p@@s
