  • I used to get a slot each time, but now I've cancelled the directory they don't send me one any more. It's one of the conditions to pay for the massive book that I never used, and chucked straight in recycling.

Not a very "green" policy but it saves me a fortune!

I just called Next customer service as I needed to speak with them regarding an outstanding item from the last online sale. Whilst I was on the phone, thought I would ask if they know when the slots are coming our but the lady I spoke with said they haven't been given any details yet but they should be sometime soon.

Thanks for this I didn't realise this existed. Hopefully it'll help me to get a better slot than previous sales.

Is it any good though because whenever I get online for the sale, there is nothing left, that I want to buy. Or the site crashes or slows right down. Then I still have to go to my local Next for 5am and get in the scrum for the sale. I usually spend around £150 at the Sale but manage nothing online. What am I doing wrong?
