    Thanks everyone for all your help,
    The reason I've been told to avoid wheat is because I've been getting really bad IBS.I'm awaiting an appointment for a dietician so I'm not sure exactly what to avoid yet. :j

    I noticed gluten free flour in Asda today - a new product. It wasn't awfully expensive either.
