    Lenny ... my legs were literally numb ... I had put so much ibuprofen gel on them to dull the knee pain ... I'm dreading it in the morning when my little monster comes diving on my bed for a cuddle and lands on my legs :o

    For the knee, really stretch your hamstring. DOnt go crazy, just stacks of little stretches, this will reduce the pressure on your knee. Whats wrong with the knww BTW? And do you know what is one of the worst things for a knee injury? Jogging on concrete (sorry)
