    That code worked for me as well. Really happy as I was after some Christmas tea to finish off a hamper of home made treats. I hope that the Christmas pudding hot chocolate is nice

    Has anyone who used the code had their order?......mine still says processing, even though the payment has gone through the status doesn't seem to have changed since I placed the order. Annoying as I need a couple of the bits for xmas presents.

    ETA - Literally 2 mins after I posted this, the status changes to Shipped!

    I had the same thing. I was worried because today they have free next day delivery if you spend over I think £30 so was worried then that they would be packing those before mine which was ordered on 12th.

    After reading your post checked my account and it has shipped :j - no email though.

    I've not had an email yet either (though the website says you'll get one when they send your order out) but the status has definitely finally! been altered to 'shipped' now whereas earlier this morning it hadn't, so hope it arrives soon!

    I ordered my items on Wed 12th and they arrived at my office first thing yesterday morning (17th)

    I also ordered on the 12th, got a 'despatched' email on the 13th and it arrived this afternoon. The tracking info they gave for GFS just said 'pre advice loaded' on the 13th, then nothing until today so it was pretty useless.
