This has changed recently;-
Anyone notice when it actually changed?We do not accept applications from customers who have ever been declared bankrupt or have made an IVA with creditors.

They changed this very quietly and I only noticed about 1 month ago.
I would imagine it has been all part of the change over to the 10/ Lloyds Hybrid system from the old A/
The MA's in branch have been on the hybrid system for about 6 or 7 months and it is more sophisticated with previous address checking and also as highlighted the adverse questions..I am a Mortgage Broker
