This has changed recently;-
We do not accept applications from customers who have ever been declared bankrupt or have made an IVA with creditors.
Anyone notice when it actually changed?

  • I am pretty sure this has been the case for a few months at least when I first looked at it.

So it could have changed back then. I tend to check each time I post something, as I did earlier today.

They changed this very quietly and I only noticed about 1 month ago.

I would imagine it has been all part of the change over to the 10/ Lloyds Hybrid system from the old A/

The MA's in branch have been on the hybrid system for about 6 or 7 months and it is more sophisticated with previous address checking and also as highlighted the adverse questions..
