Should i close my Next Account???

I have an account with Next that i have cleared and is now just sitting with a balance of Nil and a credit limit of £2000.00. I will not be using this account again, but should i leave it open? Will it have a positive effect as i have nil ballance but a big credit limit? Thanks:p

I would agree in principle with other posters but also bear in mind, is the £2000 limit a high proportion of your available credit and also is the account one of your oldest accounts?

If it is a low proportion and not one of your oldest then definitely I would close it.

I have numerous qualifications in Business and Finance, Accountancy, Health and Safety and am now studying Law.
