Ive only done two orders from BHS before (one last week and one about two and a half months ago) and they have been unable to fulfil both of them! So if you order something, be aware they can take AGES to tell you they cannot supply it if they cant!

I was going to say the same thing, just be careful if you're ordering stuff for Xmas pressies. I personally wouldnt rely on them as they cancelled 2 of my orders after making me wait a week and the one they did deliver was wrong (It wasnt a hamper;)) and half of it was missing. Some orders are fine but this near to Xmas its a bit risky:(And their CS is horrendous!

Theyre cs is really bad! If you email them it can take them up to 4 days to reply!! They should have a freephone number to call really!
One of my orders they have sent to store for collection because they couldnt get the free delivery to work (even though i spent over £10) but they have only delivered part of it and the main part, which was the reason i ordered at all, they cancelled! So i have informed them i no longer want the other bits but am still waiting for my refund!

I managed to get 2 coats and a pair of trousers for my DD for £24.75.............would have been £76 but were 1/2 price and used both -£5 and 25% and quidco at 5%
