i emailed them about only 1 being received and they say it was an amazon problem and they are going to refund me the money0

I ordered 2 x the Whiskas treats, expecting to receive 16 and received 2. E-mailed the company direct and I have had an e-mail saying they were refunding me on the order. I had ordered other things as well and they arrived ok, but to be honest I only ordered those others because it made sense while I was paying postage on the whiskas.0

I did the same, ordered a couple of extra things as well, was paying postage so thought I might as well. I'm pretty unhappy about it so I left the seller poor feedback, they should have contacted those that had ordered and asked them if they wanted to go ahead with their orders rather than just send out the wrong quantity.Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today.:)0 -
I got mine this morning. Only 1 pack instead of the expected 8 packs. Have e-mailed the seller through Amazon. now am :mad: waiting for the reply0

You will probably get your money refunded without too much hassle, I had the same happen to me. Its very annoying when you don't get what you were expecting, just remember to leave the seller feedback regarding the problem you've had.Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today.:)0 -
