  • Right, am still here!

had to spend one of my 50ps on Saturday! I was horrified.

I think long term the 50ps maybe used to pay off CC on a weekly or monthly basis but for now they are safely in my jar

Hope all are doing well :)

    xx

    Hi there,

    Can i join please :).

I'm looking to get as many challenges underway.
I've just put 2 x 50p into my money box. I've no target to reach just want to collect as much as possible and then use it to pay off debt.

Thanks and have a good week.

I'll join in too. I collect 50p anyway, though probably have about £5 if I'm lucky!

    Welcome :)

I think I'm going to get one of those tins that you need to open with a tin opener to get in at your money - sitting in a glass jar is just too tempting.

Think I'm going to try and save it for Christmas spending... my holiday in September is All Inclusive so shouldn't need too much spending money.

    2 50p pieces today :)

Instead of getting a tin I sellotaped the coffee jar I had been using shut, cut a hole in the lid and then with some nail varnish that was going to be thrown out I painted the glass so I can't see how many I have. So if I can't see how much there is in there and have to smash it to get into it that SHOULD be enough to stop me bloomin' spending it!
