CSA Email address

I would like to send an email with attachments to the CSA but after being on the telephone for over half an hour I have been told they do not accept emails because of security reasons - I fail to see in this day and age when you can pay for your weekly shop via a mobile phone that a government agency cannot supply an email address? I am therefore wondering if any one might possibly have an address which they have used??

The issue is security - anyone can hack a hotmail account, so it's hard for the CSA to be able to confirm that an email coming in is indeed coming from the NRP/PWC. This is why case-officers can't email clients as well.0 -

The email address there was from 2012 - there's no guarantee that it's correct (or even still in use).0 -
as it is a business e-mail address i imagine it is still in use0

I work in HR and the same CSA want information confirming about our employees over the phone with no way of proving who they are.
Then they ask me to phone them back on a number they've given me to confirm.
I still insist on faxes on headed paper.0
