On the Money show, 11 Dec, you said if a customised T-shirt bought on line was badly printed "they got the spelling wrong" then the customer is not entitled to a refund, as a customised item is exempt from distance selling rules on a refund.
But if "they", meaning the seller, got the name wrong, would the buyer not be entitled to a refund as the supplied product does not match it's description (regardless of distance selling)?

If the seller got the name wrong you'd be entitled to a refund but that isn't what happened in Martin's scenario.0
