I am glad you are happy, I am not. I suggest if people fighting their own corner winds you up that much don't veiw this thread anymore because those of us up for a fight will carry on. if that upsets you get over it. I will not coment on any more of your posts as I think you are just trying to wind people up and it's just not worth my time. goodbye and good luck.

It's not money for nothing we have paid this during a period it was illegal for them to charge interest, simple as!
If I contest this then in 8 weeks it have a response, if not satisfied then to fos then 6 months wait for that! During this time my loan won't be paid as it is in dispute! That's the law!! I'll be doing that I think. I don't want my terms to change!! Not without my consent! We couldn't do that to them could we??

Cot1198 I have just arrived home and now too late but tomorrow I'm on it!!!!
  • Nram have now out an end to this thread as such. I think they have been considerate to some extent. People get greedy and over excited. I am very happy to get redress in any form . Just because they missed a bit of detail of the agreements we are quids in..happy day..instead cot etc just see the negatives...

Thank you nram for putting an end to this all.and thanks again for the money hee hee

You were really bullish about your meeting with your solicitor but you have been very downbeat and quiet about it..I think you have been told not much you can do..sure you can put a small compliant in but that's it....I'm glad u know its finally all over.

I think this is happening sooner than alot of people was expecting.
NRAM said they needed until April.

It is happening sooner than expected! That makes me awful suspicious? You?

Not at all, this is just the beginning, the lawyer agreed with me! I feel very confident. So does he! It's not over until I am completely satisfied. But thank you for your concern!
