    My personal view would be it's not worth applying to organisations who, as a rule, won't.
    Your better off focusing on organisations who would give it consideration.

  • ..forgot about this thread. Halifax said no on full application, wasting time for everybody. They did refund the valuation fee however which is something, not all of them do!

    Went with YBS in the end who were excellent, got our offer through the post this morning so things are looking good - I think!
