I received a letter last week from Capita Tracing Services saying that policy that I had cashed in about 4 years may have a error in the way that bonuses were calculated and that I may be due a refund. My policy was with AXA but according to letter Friends Life have taken over this. Has anybody else received any thing similar and how much coudl be involved. I rang Capita and they are only a tracing service for Friends Life.

The amount would be completely dependent on the policy as the terminal bonus calculation is based on the guaranteed sum assured and the attaching bonuses.
