    I suggest ING mortgage holders read the Standard Life to Barclays thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3836195 for evidence of how Barclays approached that business transfer. People should also read their actual T's & C's, and not rely on opinions on here from some quarters that there will be a clause in the contract allowing Barclays to impose unilateral changes

    Can they put up a fixed rate when moving it in 2 years ... If its a 5 year deal - surely that verges on non responsible lending ?
