Sorry if I am being a bit dim.
Is it only ones linked to mortgages that can have cause for complaint and possible compensation.
I took out a plan almost 10 years ago through the CO-OP due to mature later this year. A whollw of life policy I think it was called.
During my time with them I have only ever received 4 bonus statements then only after I have had to make many calls, The area reps apparently get sent them and hold onto them - I am not surprised as the bonus is next to nothing and the last one is for 2003 that I have been sent. I wrote 2 years agao for a cashing in value to be told the rep would contact me but never did.
There service is appaulling. I think I will literally get back what I paid in and no more. not much return for £55.00 a month for 10 years.
It was sold to me on the basis of double my contributions.
Thank you in advance
