First I would like some advise on a situation I am in. Could some one please help me by explaining why my mortgage broker explain to me that if I don't close my loan which I had only two more payment to finish my new lender will not carry on with the offer they initial agree. I had use all the £900.00 I save for Xmas to by present for my partner, mum, dad, daughter, and some relatives has all gone to close this loan in order to receive this offer from the lenders.
