I've had a wem to say that i've won tickets to the darts championship. In the email it asks me to click the link to DM ladbrokes direct with my address for the tickets, but it's not letting me send the details because they're not following me... not very savvy with these things - any ideas of what I need to do please you helpful lot x

I would just tweet them and ask them to follow you with a brief explanation

Hiya - congratulations
I'm not great at this kind of thing either, but as no-one has yet answered I'll try to help. I wons some bulbs & had the same problem, I think what I did is click on the "cog" symbol on your twitter page & there should be a drop down menu with "direct messages" on it.
Click new message add thier twitter name to the line with the "egg" on it & add your details to the message body - press send
I hope this is correct, I can't remember 100% but if not I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will come along soon x
Or maybe just tweet as above ;-) x

You can only direct message someone if they are following you unfortunately

thanks all - yeah still unable to kizzykizzywizzy, same message pops up - have tried leaving message on their main page also through competwitions page but no replies.. gutted as have to claim them by 1pm...
