Help Needed on CV Writing Services

Does anyone know of any good professional CV writing agencies which they would recommend? I have scanned the net and there are a fair few around. My current CV is fairly good and the format is OK too. My level of grammar is sound and I know MS Word very well.
However I’m looking for a middle management job and have spent some time trying to get my CV up to scratch particularly are far as quantitative achievements are concerned. Thus I ideally need the CV services to provide a consultation with an experienced recruiter.
Currently I’m considering two companies
1. The Fuller CV (Cost £350)
2. thecvexperts (cost £210)
Thanks for any help.

Here's a moneysaving idea.
Adjust your CV with bullet points of your relevant achievements. Submit it for a suitable position.
If you get an interview, the CV works.
If you don't, phone them up and ask for feedback.
If you get feedback, decide whether it makes sense (and you would need to use your own judgement if you paid for a CV writer too). If it does, act on it.
If you don't get feedback, see what others have suggested re a paid-for service.
Also ask your friends what they think of your CV. (You'll get at least as many opinions as friends who comment.) At least they will then know more about you as far as your job aspirations are concerned and may be better equipped to let you know about vacancies they hear about.0
