Has anyone used Yorkshire Building society (YBS) for a Re-mortgage? I'm interested in a 75% LTV Re-mortgage. I seem to like the deal that YBS currently offers on Re-mortgage deals which includes Free standard valuation and Free Legal Service.

Also let me know if you think there is a better deal than YBS's fix rate: 2.99% fixed until 31/03/15 (Free standard valuation and Free Legal Service)

Please share your experience/advise.
