Chief Bridesmaid dilemma!

My daughter was in a similar situation but her bridesmaids are all her sisters.
So to not make one stand out more than another they are all given the same usual job as 'Bridesmaids' exept none of them sign the register.
But the groom who couldn't decide on his bestman is now having x2 best men,so they can both sign the register & everyone is kept happy no-one out ranks anyone & everyone has a 'lead role' as such to play.

They are having a 5.30 wedding so no sit down meal,no major speaches & no waste of hunks of money.

I like all the ideas answers the getting the little girl involved is great.could u promote the little girl to flowergirl? Or is that extra expense? Yes a matching flower clip or you could give the little girl rose petals to scatter ?
