Aviva pension tracker always unavailable?

I have a private pension through my employer with Aviva that I've had for a couple of months now and over the last month or so it's become impossible to get into the system to view my pension information.

I try about once every other day and only once in the last month have I been able to get access, every other time I get the following error message:
An error occurred...
Unfortunately the My Account and Pension Tracker services are currently unavailable

Please try again later

Does anyone else with an Aviva pension have this problem? I'm not sure if it's unique to my account or a problem everyone has...

    Aviva has some online valuation issues at the moment with it reporting wrong values. It is not affecting everyone .

    - Full Name
    - Date of Birth
    - Postcode
    - Policy Number
    - Contact telephone number
    - Money Saving Expert Username

    Aviva are going through some changes (like puberty, but with less acne) so there are probably some gremlins in the system.
