I can't say if 'Leg Magic' is any good, but I would say don't buy it from 'TV Deals' website, or anything else from them for that matter, even though they are the cheapest. 2 parts were faulty and I have e-mailed them 3 times and they have not bothered to reply. There is no phone number on the website so I am now having to take advice from Trading Standards to get the parts replaced or my money back.0

Hello,
Yes you can buy Leg Magic for £30+ but you will probably be buying a copy product and the quality in many cases will be very poor.
The ONLY companies selling the original Leg Magic are Best Direct, JJB Sports, Enanef Ltd & Scotts of Stow.
We Best Direct are the exclusive distributor in the UK and we are currently taking action against the others for selling copy products!!0 -
Hi there, I have a leg magic, bought it from JJB Sports a couple of months ago for £40. Yes I can say it works, with very little effort, you can see results in as little as a couple of weeks. What convinced me to buy mine was a newspaper report on it, think it was in the Daily Mail, search on that and that should help.

Yes this is true i did a few searches and found dozens of factories in China making these. I nearly bought a cheap one but will now be careful. See here : http://64.233.183.104/search?q=cache:DfxLDye4_nwJ:www.tradekey.com/ks-leg-magic/+leg+magic+china+manufacture&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=uk0 -

Please give me the pro's and cons.
I have an "orbitrek" at home which is a cross trainer.
Not the same as "leg magic" but the same pros and cons apply I think.
Pros:
1) If you do USE it, then it can work out very cheap compared with classes or gym membership.
2) You can do it in the comfort of you own home, so you don't have to go outside and get wet. I go to some classes and in the winter the worst but is getting into the car in a howling gale.
3) You can do it when you like. If you are a busy person (as most of us are) then you might find this fits in with your schedule.
4) Little extra time for travelling and changing. I have a gym near by but I spend 5 minutes getting there and 5 minutes changing, so 20 minutes in total. At home you just chuck on some leggings and go so this is minimised. In your own home you don't even have to worry about being "decent" so you can do it in your bra (or sport bra) if you get hot.
5) You can make use of "dead" time e.g. do it whilst your watching corrie or breakfast TV.
Cons:
1) The main con here is boredom. It only has one movement.
There are various ways to counteract this e.g. do it whilst you watching TV, get some other equipment so you can alternative or alternate it with classes, DCD, gym etc.
2) Not using it. It's very easy to put it in the corner and hang clothes on it.
Doing it whilst you favourite TV program is on is quite a good idea as there is actually some routine to it. Initially (at least) you need to be motivated to actually do it. You see loads of these type of things at car boot sales where people have bought them and just put them in the cupboard. Once you get going you will probably want to continue but initially you need to force yourself to do it.
That's my expericences anyway.0 -
I'm waiting for knee surgery and from the ad the leg magic will target the area's I need to work on, most people seem to be saying if you use it regularly it works which is good news but there still seems to be a question of where to get it from?
Best Direct - original but expensive
JJB - ??
eBay - ??
Any other website - ??
Is it a case of "buy cheap, get cheap"?0
