Hi, the above both contain matresses, not sure how good they are though, i found this at tesco direct click here for £129.47. If i was to choose either of the above i'd go for the second one as it has extra quilting.

  • looks like the price is for alll the lot!! is it for everyday use or a guest bed. if its for everyday, i would recomend you get a decent mattress, otherwise you may get a good back

The ones in the bed shop are most likely better quality plus they also have rates, etc to pay, so their prices are usually more expensive. Have you checked a local paper for bed adverts, i bought mine from there pretty cheap, i think they are national sellers, worth a look :)

All thre are complete divan sets (base and mattress).

The first one is a king size, but really is a bottom of the range budget bed, the equivalent is available elswhere on line in a 4'6" double for £108.

The second looks slightly better quality, but is only a small (4') double. Equivalent elswhere on line is £116.

The Tesco one is similar quality to the first.

You can get a middle of the range deep quilted 4'6" divan set (so unlike those above you won't feel the springs) for £130.

I'm not allowed to put the link on here as it is my own web site, sorry:confused:

The reason that they sell them so cheap is because they buy them in bulk (probably from abroad), and they cut their profit margain. Most shops put at least 400% mark up on the beds, but argos and tescos don't need to.
