Hi, I'm looking for ideas for a day out on 27th dec in or around Belfast ( but doesn't have to be belfast). Any suggestions welcome, anything with a Christmas or unusual twist even better.
I'd previously posted for afternoon tea ideas, was recommended the Merchant but at Christmas its 29.50 per person. I don't mind spending that on a day out but just seems a bit overpriced for afternoon tea (3 ppl totals £90!)
Looking forward to hearing your suggestions

Ok, some ideas off the top of my head.
Sales shopping if you're hardy enough and still solvent.
Perhaps an afternoon at the panto.
A walk along the lagan towpath would probably be a little less exposed than the sea shore if the weather is pleasant. Could calll into Mrs Robinson's toyboy's cafe!
Is the Ulster Museum open that day? I haven't been since it was refurbished but have heard good things about it.
I absolutely love the Ulster Folk and Transport museum at Cultra and could easily spend a day wandering round it. Again, you would need to check if it's open.0
