This isn't a disability situation, though is it? This is a "why can't we wear headphones that play music" situation.
If the OP had been deaf and refused a job because they refused to accommodate him then it would be an issue - but it's not.:huh: Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
I'm an engineer working in a large open plan office. I reckon the majority of people there use headphones. No ones ever tried to ban it.0
