Santander mortgage @ 1.99%

I am anxious to know if the 1.99% Fixed mortgage rate from Santander is still available? It does not appear on the web although your money programme on BBC yesterday mentioned it.

Santander offered a 1.99% mortgage through it's Abbey for Intermediaries brand (i.e. brokers only) for 7 days from the 23rd November.

Current best rate from Abbey is 2.39%.

But abbey do have a good 3 year fix out instead call a broker

Thanks to everyone who replied. He missed the boat and had to settle for a 3 year fixed @2.99% with Santander through a broker. The offer was agreed almost 2 months ago but there was a delay as he had to re-negotiate the purchase price as the survey highlighted some problems.
He is annoyed that the broker did not bring it to his attention the 7 day offer. Anyway it is a done deal and going to another lender may not be an option as the seller is getting jittery and he is desperate to buy this house.
