You will find it very hard to get a debit card as a bankrupt, unless you could Electron/Solo which are not widely accepted everywhere and especially on the internet.
A pre-paid card means you can have all the facilities a Visa or Mastercard give you but without incurring any debt.:: BCSC #71 but now discharged! ::0 -
For me, they are an absolute 'must have' as I don't even have a Bank Account, leave alone a Debit Card.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

The later (and other places). Since pre-paid cards are not a form of credit. That is the whole point.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I don't have problem using my Electron card either, hence not having a pre-paid CC at this time but I do know some places won't accept an Electron card and especially on the internet so a CC comes in handy in those instances.:: BCSC #71 but now discharged! ::0

If that's true then you better pack a bag. Plus use you CARD to buy a plane ticket.

I don't doubt it. I know that some people get lucky and are able to keep accounts. Good luck to you, and I don't resent it really. It is mostly just down to circumstance.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
