Play vouchers safe?

I bought something on Play.com the other day and was offered £15 off my next purchase when I paid for this one.
It was a monthly payment for lots of vouchers but first month free so I decided to do it and cancel by the end of the month. So I gave them my credit card details but have heard nothing back. I'm worried now it's a scam. Does anyone know please? I have tried buying something else on Play to get the option again so I could get details but it didn't offer this time. Play say it's nothing to do with them.

The company are called Shopper Discounts and Rewards. If you claim your cashback and then cancel within 30 days, then you will be OK. If you don't cancel your account, then they will take money from your credit card each month.

I've taken up their offer before and received 2 lots of cashback cheques, but other people have not cancelled and ended up paying them, so just make sure you claim your cashback then cancel ASAP.

To get your £15 cash back, simply email your Play.com purchase confirmation receipt from xxx@xxx.com to cashback@shopperdiscountsandrewards.co.uk within 30 days of making your purchase. Make sure your order number, purchase date and Shopper Discounts & Rewards Member Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx are included. (Online purchases do not require voucher to be posted. We can not open attachments in email, so please do not include attachments when you email your purchase confirmation receipt.)

Or if you prefer, you can redeem by post. Simply print and cut out your £15 cash back voucher and post with your Play.com sales confirmation receipt to: Shopper Discounts & Rewards - CASH BACK OFFER, Sentinel House, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO3 5RF within 30 days of making your purchase and include the email address xxx you used to join Shopper Discounts & Rewards. Make sure your order number, purchase date and Shopper Discounts & Rewards Member Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (your number) are included.

Shopper Discounts & Rewards will then send you a cheque for £15 to the address shown in your Member Profile. If you need to make any changes to your personal information, please update your Member Profile on the Shopper Discounts & Rewards site.
