Newbie needs some help and advice - debt problems

Hi there,
The mortgage is with a company called Platform who are a specialist adverse lender.
The balance is to be repaid over 13 years. Whenever we have re-mortgaged we have never extended the term.
If I can continue paying it, it will be paid by the time I am 45.
Will do SOA as soon as possible.
