hello.
we have viewed a house today. just out of interest. the price was 157950 and we in very serious need of a decor makeover. This is about the going rate for a house with decent decor. She will budge on the price as it's a seperation. What would you offer?

Test the water with £145,000 and you will soon find out the actual price that they are happy with.
