Occupational Health check for job (rude and upsetting)

Hi,
I started work recently at a college and am enjoying it. I've had my CRB and passed without issue. In the past year before I started the job I've been doing voluntary work at a school all without issue.
Today in the last 30 minutes of work I had a call from Occupational Health, it was a noisy environment and I initially thought she said Mental Health of which I self referred myself months back as I was feeling intensely depressed. It has gotten so much better now, it was always more situational, and after a long period of unemployment it really started to hit me.
From the get go the woman on the phone was rude, confrontational, took everything I said and twisted it, and generally acted in a bullying manner. I was taken aback and kept forgetting things, getting dates wrong and said that I hadn't been referred to Mental Health Services before. I corrected myself and apologised, and was ranted at. All the way through she behaved with zero tact, no diplomacy, and insinuated that I was a danger as I had previously had mental health issues.
She is now sending out a form that I have to give to my Doctor (is there a charge for this?) Just really upset me, I was on a high and have been for weeks. I'm getting along brilliantly at work, getting lots of praise, and this one thing has really knocked me down. I'm now worried about losing my job (which I'm almost certain won't happen). Is it worth me talking to HR about this? I'm more than happy for them to have my full medical history, I've no history of violence/criminality or anything untoward, I have however had depression and am ADHD. I've also apart from a 1 week illness over 10 years ago (severe conjunctivitis) not had any time off work sick at all.

Why don't you just have a word with your manager? If she was rude then there is no excuse for that, but if there isn't a problem, I'd suggest not making one - you will probably not have to deal with her or OH again. It's usually just a routine thing with new starters (OH - not rudeness!). Don't let one incident get you down - concentrate on the new job.0

I'm useless at things like dates, I get confused about personal details and sadly it then I'm sure comes across like I'm deceitful. I was at the end of the day, the final tablet I take for ADHD was fading fast and this contributed to the general feeling. Though I was perfectly pleasant all the way through.
Thanks for the reply, I've been told by a friend this is just a normal thing and that the letter I have to give to the Doctor's is routine when they want more information.0
