Cheap Heavy Duty Black Rubbish Bags

I am getting a little sick of buying 10 rubbish bags and paying nearly £2 for them. I can see 200 x 180gage bags on amazon and ebay for roughly £20 (which is half the cost) but wonder if anyone knows of a place selling them cheaper (including delivery).
They need to be thick bags.., not the 'look at them hard and they split' bags but are just to be put in a 45L kitchen bin.

Try your local market - I get good solid ones in ours - £1 for 20, or £2.50 for 50. Rarely split or tear.:mad: :j:D:beer::eek::A:p:rotfl::cool::):(:T0

I'm afraid I don't have a local market and am reliant on public transport. I was thinking more of online sources.0
