I don't know if this is tied to a specific Paypal account but I googled the code and the one result that shows up seems to suggest that the code will work with other UK Paypal accounts.

There's no harm in trying and hey, its a free £10 if you're successful.

For some reason, it takes it off the ebay payment but as soon as it goes to Paypal it still shows the full amount!

Bummer. Maybe its a hit or miss? In the past, Paypal's codes seem to work 50/50 most of the time. The people at the giffgaff community has the same code as the one I posted so it can't be tied to one account.
