State pension payments - 14 for year?

I am filling in a R40 tax repayment claim for my aged mother, and cannot find a P60 for her state pension in the tax year 6/4/11 to 5/4/12. What I do have is her bank statements which cover the period, and as it happens, the first payment in this period was on the 6/4/11, and the last payment was on the 4/4/12. She gets paid every 28 days. That makes 14 payments in the tax year, when I would only expect to see 13. Do I count all 14 payments in the total receipts for the year?
A bank is a place that will lend you money if you can prove you don't need it.

State pension do not issue P60's as no tax is ever dealt with, if you have her entitlement notice that will give you her weekly figure, also the payment for 6/4/11 would be for her old rate as people paid this way they are paid in arrears, your best figure would to use the June figure as this will be a true reflection of her entitlement from the April uprating. You can contact the Pension Service and ask them to send out a notice of State Pension for the tax year 11/12 to your mum.0

The 14 payments that you refer to may just be a consequence of how the banks computer system is set up. My wife and I often find that State Retirement Pension payments are credited to our account on the Friday before they are due.0

The annual Basic State Pension figure HMRC uses for my tax code is 13 x the monthly Basic State Pension payment that DWP makes to my bank account.0
