Looking forward to a midnight womble though and hoping that they have some good whoopsies for me :D

Time to start scouting out another site seems to be more and more often we are having these flooding problems.
I am only imagining it but the fear must be there every time you see torrential rain on the weather forecast.
We have a road on my way to work that seems to flood now and be blocked off whenever we get 1-2 days worth of rain never used to :( but I can detour must be a total nightmare for you and others in a similair situation luckily for you ,you can up and move ;)
