can anyone help me ???? i am applying for a visa to travel to india ...and i have filled an online form in with a ""visa company in london"" but my question is ........will i still have to attend an embassy to pick this up or will the visa company post it back for me and is there a way to get 2 x 2 inches or 50 x50mm pics as these are bigger than passport size
    thanks anyone that can advise

The 'Photo Me' photo booths have a Visa Photos opinion. You get 4 pictures for £5
Folk tend to send their passports off in a Special Delivery envelope. They also buy the postage to put on their return Special Delivery envelope that they enclose with passports. I write down the tracking No. of the SD envelope for them so they can check on Royal Mail website wen it has been put in post by Embassy back to them

have u found any glitches or deals on vodka savvy i want to buy some for xmas

I can provide you an answer as best as I can:
Obviously regarding prices for Vodka it depends whether you're going down the pure spirits or cocktail/mixers/alcopops routes.
Starting at the 'lowest' brand level, the M Savers Vodka (unfortunately there is no Smartprice version to compare against for 10% off) is £9.12 for 70cl. This works out at £13.03 per litre. (Or, at a potential risk, T Eday Value Vodka, 70cl, £9.85 on a T comparison vs M £9.12, with the extra items required etc.)

The following are A v M (prices for M taken on 19/12/12, should be valid up to and including 23/12/12):
Glens Vodka 1L A £14.11 M £14.15 APG about £1.37; works out at approx. £12.74 net. when 10% cheaper (assuming that Sada's agency collectors have picked up the item at M).
    Taboo Blue (a fusion of vodka) 70cl A £6.00 M £5.57 APG approx 99p; works out at £5.01 net.
Taboo Original (a fusion of vodka) 70cl - as Taboo Blue above.
(Again, same assumption as the Glens Vodka.)

If the VK Vodka Kick Mixed Pack (12x275ml) will do, then it appears to be A £8.00 vs S £8.33.
Meanwhile, the (more expensive) WKD Original Vodka Blue (10x275m) appears to be T PP £10 vs A £8, or Sains Brand Match £9 vs A £8 (or A cheaper, buy straight, or A cheaper vs Waities, as N/A in W). The price for M has not been collected as I was looking mainly at items on reduction in M or which otherwise looked very good.

There is also a (slim?) chance of a glitch using A's multibuy offer of 3 for £8 on 70cl Alchopops I]sic[/I. - some of this may include non-vodka products:
Best may be Buy 2 of the same type of WKD Original Vodka 70cl (either 2x Vodka Blue, or 2x Vodka Red, or 2x Vodka Iron Brew, or 2x Vodka Purple Ltd Ed.) - I am not trying to be too clever and risking mix&match - these are £3.25 each (=£6.50 for 2) vs T - any 2 for £5.50. As A's is 3 for £8, put with them 1 of the Sour Fusionz (either Apple Bite or Purple Twist) 70cl.

The Sour Fusionz are showing on sada.com in the 3 for £8, but are showing as N/A for A on MSM (both logged in and out). However these Sour Fusionz 70cl's are showing on MSM for S and T. So it may be the possible 'glitch' won't work if the fact you've bought Sour Fusionz in A is picked up from the barcode of the Sour Fusionz on your receipt and compared by MSM vs T (and S).

I wouldn't mix&match the two WKDs bought within the overall 3 for £8, as we want the WKDs to compare. If you buy 2 different types of WKD Original 70cl, it may be the APG will glitch on those, but in a way we don't want, as it may compare to T at full price rather than the T offer 2 for £5.50 on the WKDs. Safer therefore to keep the 2 WKDs as two of the same, and add a Sour Fusionz (one or other of the two varieties - or, if you can find instore in A a different Sour Fusionz or anything that is in the 3 for £8 offer in A but not on MSM that may be better).

You need the usual fillers, and presumably not to count the Sour Fusionz as an item (as we're hoping it won't return - or, if it does, that the 3 for £8 you paid instore won't be recognised [but if the Sour Fusionz does come back, may interact unfavourably with the T's offer of 2 for £5.50 and making it £5.50+£3.25 for T on the comparison].)

If the above did come off, it would be £8 for the 3 bottles you've bought (2 of WKD Original and 1 Sour Fusionz) minus £1.55 APG = £6.45 for 3 bottles or £2.15 each. However, if you didn't want the Sour Fusionz (which you're having to buy to, we hope, make this work) then it's £6.45/2 = £3.23 approx. for each of the WKD Originals. (Not v good since it's 2 for £5.50 in the first place at T, or simply 2 WKDs Originals, with no Sour Fusionz, at A vs T £5.50 = 2 for £4.95 or £2.47 approx. each.)

You can try 2 x Bacardi Breezer 70cl (apple or pineapple or orange), within the 3 for £8, with a Sour Fusionz, but they're (the Breezers) £3 each, so less APG even if works).

The Smirnoff Ice Original 70cl is also within the 3 for £8 but it's £2.77 each. If you're buying that, it's best bought in 2s vs T (and without a Sour Fusionz unless you want the Sour Fusionz - and then risk comparing £8 vs £5.50+£3.25, rather than 2 Smirnoff Ice Original 70cls comparing at £5.50 or, we hope, 2 of these Smirnoff plus a Sour Fusionz comparing at 5.54 vs 2 for 5.50 and not seeing the fact you paid £8 for the three in the first place (the 2 Smirnoff and the 1 Fusionz)).
This is comparing with (we hope) glitches and hopefully works out cheaper than the 38.1p/100ml for buying 3x Smirnoff Original 70cl for £8

Someone can work out what the price per unit is on the 'glitched price' for 3 (2 Smirnoff/1 Fusionz etc.), assuming that this even does give a glitch in the first place. Otherwise, Smirnoff Ice 12 pack (12x275ml) works out roughly 30p/100ml A £11 vs T £11 or, assuming it's picked up M £11. Straight non-glitch APG.

Lastly, there's a different A multibuy offer on the Smirnoff Ice 4pk, which is 'any 2 for £7.50' (in itself more expensive per 100ml than A on the 12 pack and more expensive still than Avs T on 12pk). The Smirnoff 4 pks at £4 each at T. Within the A multibuy are also the WKD original vodkas 4x275ml - the blue, the iron brew and the red. Blue and iron brew are also at T for £4. Buy 1x Smirnoff Ice (4pk) and 1x the Red version of WKD original (4pk) and hope the APG sees the Smirnoff Ice and compares at full price £4.70 vs T £4.00 and separates out at full price the WKD red at £4.75 (although you paid total £7.50) and doesn't compare vs T. (Or maybe I'm wrong: perhaps buy 1 xSmirnoff Ice 4pk and 1x the WKD Original 4 packs, but not the red, and hope the mix and match isn't reflected on the APG but compares each vs T at £4 each. Or £4.70 (the Smirnoff) plus £4.75 (the WKD), A £9.45; vs £4+ £4, T £8. Obvious mix&match possibilities of the WKD 4pk (at £4.75 each, but A 2 for £7.50) which may or may not work to fruition on the APG.

Now, WKD Vodka Purple 4x275ml is showing on sada.com, but not on MSM so may be a trigger with the Smirnoff Ice 4pk or the other WKDs vs T (and you know which do/do not compare vs T on the APG). However, the Purple version is showing for me on MSM when I log in (we think logged out is a better guide as to what does or doesn't compare on the APG, but who knows?). It's not showing as OOS.

The WKD 4pks are £4 at M (Iron Brew, Purple, Blue) but apparently not Red, unless it simply isn't stocked in my store. The Smirnoff Ice 4pk is N/A at M, unless I missed it (which is a distinct possibility).

The above hopefully will help you work out what may be the best deals on vodka at the moment, or with glitches if they work. And social responsibility msg to drink responsibly etc.

These multibuy deals don't work in Scotland (APG should compare to rivals' Scottish prices) and indeed as a result, all of the alcohol prices may differ in Scotland to those given here.

    (The 70cl Smirnoff Ice and the 70cl WKD Iron Brew/Purple/Blue or 70cl Breezer Orange/Melon/Strawberry - 3 sep. - are £3.25 or 2 for £5.82 at M.)

In summary, if the glitches don't work, or you don't want to mix & match with non-vodka items, I think the Glens Vodka 1L is best - A v M - better than the M Savers 70cl on price per litre but only if the Glens is picked up on the APG (also depends on your taste and you'll need filler items, several examples of which are already shown in earlier posts on this thread - the filler items of course may remove the few pence per litre saving vs the M Savers, but you'd be getting Glens instead of M Savers - assuming you 'go for' Glens Vodka more - and may be good if you're also buying in A items that you need and which happen to be on offer in M and assuming the APG doesn't return with N/A on them).

I have to post re- the Vinnie's Barrels - I have done 6 shops today for 3 x barrels and fillers and they have all been successful comparing at £18 - £9 in T's :j:j:j

2 shops at 12.15pm and the other 4 at 5.45pm!

I bought the 2 early shops on the basis that the 3 for £10 wasn't showing so took a gamble and it was OK. Then after getting home I thought I'd messed it up as it was showing the 3 for £10 but all these shops are OK too with APG's of around £10 each! All shops were done after the 3 for £10 was showing on MSM it seems so all my logic has gone out of the window on this!

    :D
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

    And get lots of glitches!
