The lurgy has caught up with me now, Did not sleep at all last night ut luckily DH & Mum were around today to deal with the kids.

Spiralingdown - I had to sign a form to certify that Alan had not left a will and that was all they wanted. Then, with the payment, came a form saying that I would inform anyone of the payout if a will was found or other claims made on his estate. Was very simple for me
