    Morning everyone :)

Hope today gets the boiler sorted.

Have a very good day one and all.

I really hope you do get it sorted soon midwinter. :)

Ours went year before last on Christmas eve, we were without hot water and heating for a few days, worst was trying to wash up all the meat pans etc with boiling kettles every 5 minutes. And we only use a gas kettle so it took ages.

Iceland have turkey crowns a medium one for £8.00 if thats any good????

Thanks. I don't live near any Icelands. I really need to do a bit of housework, bedroom looks like a bombs hit it! Then I must go shopping, for presses mainly. I always leave Christmas till last thing, every year I promise myself to start earlier but never do.

At least all cards have been written, all posted ones gone, just a dozen or so to deliver left.

It's a very wet miserable day here. I don't want to go out but I must.

Could I ask a favour please?

While you're out shopping could you take a peep to see who's selling turkey crowns. I'm the only one who wants turkey so it'll be a waste for me to have to buy a whole bird. Plus there's no room in the fridge.

    Thanks :D

Get a BM Turkey Breast Roast? I have done in the past when pennies were tight to serve 3 adults! I know they are not reared in the best way possibly but it tasted alright to me:)

  • Morning everyone,

2 shops done this morning, one with 3 x FF, the other with 3 x Vinnie Barrels, and 1 vaseline mini makeup bag and 1 Impulse very pink city escape in 2 for £8 deal. Will try to post results as soon as I can after 11.30 as long as there are no bosses lurking as I'm at work :D

Sooo hard not to put something else in the basket isn't it? Especially if it's something you need!:rotfl:

Its a shame there's a trolley fella at every turn in our car park. Very rare to ever find any wombles. :(

It's the same here, elsie1969! I wish the trolley men would go on strike :rotfl:
