    Hi Funky
We opened a tin of the trellis ones a couple of weeks back and weren't too keen. They were too rich and too sweet for me, but I love the ff's.
I'm not buying any more though as I keep eating them.

I can almost smell that fruitcake too.

noooooooooo, don't leave it inside:eek: take it out and let it cool on a rack - take out of the tin u cooked it in, leave grease proof paper on, let it cool on a wire rack, like one of those racks u have in a grill:)

Just gone and got it out, I think it is done. No idea really. I think if I leave it any longer it might catch. It's got to be edible by now, 4.25 hours it has been in there. ;)

Was going to leave it in the tin but will go and get it out now. Thanks for the tip. :)

It does smell rather delicious doesn't it. :D I have taken a pic on OHs camera but I have no idea how to get it on here. Might have to take a pic on my phone and text it to someone I know tomorrow to do the honours for me. ;)

Whereabouts in store would you find them, I've not seen them before?
Is it really dark like a christmas cake? Thanks.

DD1 found them in the reduced chiller cabinet. So I am guessing they would be with all the fresh ready mixed cakes and frostings that come in the tubs.

Yes it is really dark just like a homebaked Christmas cake, it was a brilliant find as I have had to do no mixing like the Mary Berry's. It smells quite citrusy and OH licked the spoon I dished it into the cake tin with and said it was quite citrus.

I hope a few more people find them at whoopsie time. :)

Auntycaz I think it would be found in the section with these, it was in the same type of tubs as the muffin mixes etc.

Not sure why it is not in this list but I did post a link to it early. It has red cardboard sleeve over the tub. HTHs
