Sorryaboutmywife, I believe it depends firstly on whether he's made a will or not. (If it was made before he remarried it won't be valid).
If he has then the terms of that would normally apply unless your OH had good reason to challenge it (eg he could prove he was financially dependent on his father). If he hasn't, then the laws of intestacy would apply - info here.

Thanks Lutzi and everyone else. Now to discreetly find out if a will was made. Discreet. That is one thing I am not (hence username!).:starmod: DO IT NOW :starmod:0 -
Just popping on to let you know, bought 8 bottles of Newcastle brown at sada (2 for £3) expecting it to compare to mr t at 4 for £8. However apg thinks I paid £14 odd as it didn't see the multistave. This has happened before a few times and has been reported on here. Hth xzippydooda wrote: »so what you saying- whatever way you look at it, it cost less in sada so no apg
ts is 4 for £6 not £8 so you get an extra £2 off + 10% in A's
so about £9.80 after apg:) for 8 bottles
unless you see otherwise mr aau1 lol0 -
Boohoo! The Vaseline Retro Tins did not work. It came back as £12.00 and N/A. Oh well, and I got a voucher for 9p!0

evening:) I went to sada looking for cheap choccies. I was working yesterday and didn't get a chance to go. All I found was the 25p snow bites, LOL. Better than nothing I guess:) I walked half way round the car park trying to womble, without success. I sent OH round the other half
He was happy he'd found 3 receipts. I was pmsl because there was only 2 or 3 items on his receipts. I keep telling him he has to look for receipts with 8 or more items, but he always forgets, bless him:D

I got the 2 4 £8 sets today for the first time. I was a bit nervous about using my apg as it was for more than i'd spent! I walked up and down until I spotted an SA I know. When it was my turn to pay, the SA got up and went for his break:eek: an older SA took over:eek: He was great though and didn't even look at my receipt:) He was telling me how his DD always goes into the store for whoopsies. I wonder if she is a friend of Martin:D

Huh?
I never said you did anything wrong. I just had a theory that may or may not have worked.
I mis-typed your username again auu1 instead of aau1. I was shivering at the bus stop with 6 bottles of coke in my shopping trolley in my defence thoughCoupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D
:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j
