Afternoon guys. Not a good day for me today. Up twice during the night being sick and feeling really shattered. Was supposed to be meeting the lovely Jamsponge today for coffee and chat, but text to rearrange for tomorrow. I did go back to bed to try to get some sleep but, despite the dogs cuddling up to me, I couldn't get to sleep so ended up just getting up again

I have been on the phone today with a query on my ESA & Bereavement Allowance but ended up very upset with them, so that didn't help Plus my knee has been going on me more often and it is very painful when it does Definitely feeling sorry for myself today
