Hi pattylabelle the same happened to me on last order I checked there returns policy you can return it to a store with the original email they sent you has confirmation and the order form they send with the package.

pattylabelle I checked on order history and there is no option to cancel for you so maybe you will need to ring first thing and just ask for them to cancel. hth
